In this course you will learn a series of key SAQ drills that develop the 360 degree physicality athletes need to dominate time and space on the field, court and ice. During each drill you'll listen to the most important lessons for improving athletic mechanics and executing drills with speed, quickness and agility. You'll gain proven effective words that cue athletes HOW to move through the drills with purpose and skill.
To set you up for successful SAQ training, you first study Plyometrics, which are the most important technique to all "get fast" goals. The modules are brief to trim out all the fat and get you right into what most matters for success on the training floor. Plyometrics cover the A to Z from getting started right through to peak power drills.
SAQ performance requires physical improvement, physiological adaptation, brain integration and mechanical proficiency. We reverse engineer from these sciences to produce a simple recipe of training drills and how-to-coach principles that ensure the right kind of improvement is achieved, safely, and, for sustainable high performance.
