Even adult clients embraced "Better Every Day" and re-training movement abilities they had let diminish. Today we realize most aging research is fundamentally flawed, critically underrepresenting what we are truly capable of at each age.
This may be why 30% of our students are not trainers and coaches but rather lifelong learners, adults intent to be active for life, studying and experiencing the drills so they can coach themselves, upgrading how they train their own body.
