The SCHEDULE & the EXPERIENCE

  • 12 week periodized program
  • Access materials on your schedule
  • 1st day of each week: You'll be taught and coached on mindset concepts by short video lecture. This guides your study into artistically designed reading materials, relatable stories, practical mindset lessons, and instructions setting up what you will practice that week.
  • Then for six days you put it into action, applying a "learn-by-doing' process in your world, simple steps that have massive benefits.
  • Aspect Based Learning correlates the outcomes with how we think and feel, how others respond to how we show up, and the tangible results of our day. These observes are recorded to reinforce what tools work best for you.
  • You will find a Forum Discussion group in each week's module about a specific mindset topic, where you can share your experiences with the group and or read other's comments to learn from them too. Those who do engage in this part rate it a 10/10 value. Other students benefit from reading comments but prefer to stay more private, not adding any comments. Both are fine - it is your learning journey!
